WHY SWSU

SWSU is the accumulation of educational tradition and scientific innovation.

There are more than 1,500 computers combined into a computer network, which can access the Internet in the 4 campuses of the university’s classrooms and departments.
Machines and equipment are used in the process of education. The cost of the equipment is over 353 million rubles.

The classrooms are equipped with the latest technology.
The rooms are equipped with central heating so it’s warm in winter. Besides, there are lockable doors in all the rooms.

The medical center is located on the campus.
The dormitory has comfortable rooms for 2 people, and there is a kitchen where you can cook your favorite dishes.



SWSU is one of the 8 universities in Russia which is allowed to give the European Diploma Supplement.

The European Diploma Supplement is the official document, which is made by European commission, Council of Europe and UNESCO for mutual admission of national documents about higher education by foreign countries. Some of the universities independently translate their diplomas, but it does not mean that they are European. Our diploma in comparison with others is recognized by foreign universities and, most importantly, it allows to apply for a job in foreign companies according to specialty.​​


Our graduates are highly demanded specialists all over the world.

The main educational directions are computer technology, nanotechnology, bioengineering, robotechnics. For art lovers there is a vocal faculty!​
