ECOLOGICAL VALUE PROPERTIES OF RED-YELLOW FERRALLITE SOILS
OF THE REPUBLIC OF ANGOLA
Red-yellow ferrallite soils of the Republic of Angola are studied. It is established that they substantially
decreased their fertility as a result of long-term agricultural use. The soils are characterized by low content of
humus, nitrogen, mobile phosphorus, acid pH. Significant dispersion of the total content of elements, deficiency
of mobile forms of biogenic microelements in the soil are marked.

THE NEED TO ENSURE ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY OF THE POPULATION WHEN USING
NATURAL GAS AS A SOURCE OF THERMAL ENERGY
The article shows the perspective of intensive construction of low-rise housing in accordance with the
state program "Housing" and "Your house" if necessary fix "Health" as a function of the city "life support" in
connection with the advantage of using natural gas combustion as a source of thermal energy for heating systems
and domestic use with the cooking, which leads to significant emissions of pollutants into the internal air
of the kitchen premises, poor health of the population. Presents science-based technical solution environmentally
friendly source of thermal energy without the combustion of natural gas.

THE MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF FLOW IN A PLANE CHANNEL VISCOPLASTIC FLUID,
DEMONSTRATING THE EFFECT OF «SOLIDIFICATION»
The irregular behavior of some kinds of suspensions on the basis of polymeric compositions and finedispersed
fractions is characterized. As a simple, one-dimensional, shearing, viscometric flow such materials
demonstrate the following mechanical behavior. There is no deformation if the shear stress does not exceed a
certain critical value. If this critical value is exceeded, the flow is begins. This behavior is well-known and corresponds
to the rheological models of viscoplastic fluid. However, further increase in the shear rate results in
“solidification”. We consider two possible schemes of flow of such fluids in a plane channel. Based on the analysis
of the obtained velocity distributions it is shown that for sufficiently large pressure drop occurs the effect of
“locking” of the channel
Key words: rheological model, viscoplastic fluid, the effect of “solidification”

INFLUENCE OF THE SUBSTRATE TEMPERATURE ON THE SIZE DISTRIBUTION
AND PHASE COMPOUND OF ABLATED HfO2 NANOPARTICLES
The influence of the substrate temperature on the formation of high-temperature phases of hafnium dioxide
in the process of pulsed laser ablation is investigated. It is established that the HfO2 nanoparticles of the
high-temperature tetragonal and cubic phases with a quantitative content up to 50% are formed on the surface
of the substrate at room temperature during the laser ablation with intensity of 1010 W/m2. It is shown that with
increasing the substrate temperature the average size of the ablated nanoparticles decreases and the quantitative
content of the high-temperature phases is increased up to 70%.
Key words: laser ablation, nanoparticles, hafnium dioxide, high-temperature phase.

ABNORMAL FAST LOW TEMPERATURE PROCESSES OF DESTRUCTION
OF METALS AND ALLOYS
The group of abnormal fast low temperature processes of destruction of metals and alloys is discovered
in the conditions nearest to conditions of corrosion of the constructional material. The fast low of process (more
than the velocity of corrosion in 103-106 times) and degree of conversion (about 80%) are the features of these
process. Plant and equipment are destroyed in such conditions in just a few hours and extremal situation
may be appearance. Such process are found for copper and its alloys (brasses, bronze, Devardo's alloy etc.),

etc.
Key words: the metal, the alloy, the oxidizing agent, the macrokinetic characteristics, the deposit on the
surface, the solid phase, the water solution- suspension, the suspension- paste of product, the macrocyclic
stage, the place of regeneration of oxidizing agent, the near-surface layer, the dynamics of change, the kinetic
