STUDY OF THE INFLUENCE OF THE METHOD OF PRODUCING A POWDER OF BORON
CARBIDE AND TYPE OF PLASTICIZER ON THE FORMABILITY AND PLANEMATH
Conducted a comprehensive study of the influence of plasticizers (dextrin, synthetic rubber) and alcoholsoluble
plasticizers (polystyrene, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl acetate) in an amount of from 1 to 5 wt%. on the
properties of extruded samples of boron carbide obtained by SHS and restoration of carbon. A quantitative estimation
of the influence of the type of plasticizer on the density of the pressed parts made of boron carbide. It
is shown that pressing with a synthetic rubber have higher relative density compared to the alcohol-soluble
plasticizers. The impact of alcohol-soluble plasticizers is manifested in the overall low density characteristic of
pressbox and the absence of growth density blanks with the increase of their content.
Key words: boron carbide, a plasticizer, dextrin, synthetic rubber, polystyrene, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl
acetate, pressing, density, formability.

THE ELECTRICAL CONDUCTIVITY OF COMPACTED NANOGRAPHITE MATERIALS
Brought results of investigation of the temperature dependence of conductivity of nanosized materials. In
this work it was shown that the electrical resistance of bundles of carbon nanotubes with a fractal structure is
comparable with the conductivity compacting CNTS and UNV and ultradispersed carbon. These structures
have the highest values of the thermopower (S ≈ 55÷60 μv/K). Analysis of obtained results shows the dominance
of the mechanisms of hopping conductivity in the investigated materials, which are described within the
model N. Motta.
Key words: electrical conductivity, nanosized materials, carbon nanotubes, compacting CNTS, ultradispersed
carbon, hopping conductivity.

ASSESSMENT OF SOME RELAXATION PARAMETERS
OF THE MAGNETOELECTROORDERED MATERIALS
Some estimated ratios for finding of mass of m of the domain borders (DB), magnetic and segnetoelektrichesky
energy γ by DG on unit of its area, viscosity coefficient βс, DG connected with shifts are received.
Thus some its components, for example for ferromagnetics are considered (microvortex both for shifts
of DG, and for rotations of their vectors of spontaneous magnetization). DG which are also making βс for a ferroelectric
material, connected with processes of shifts and rotations of vectors of spontaneous polarization are
considered. Estimates of all received ratios are made for m, γ, βс, correlating in the order of their sizes with
their values received from skilled data.
Key words: magnetic, energy, parameter, material, domain, electron, atom, layer.
