TECHNOLOGICAL SUPPORT OF QUALITY OF ASSEMBLY UNITS AT STAGES OF LIFE CYCLE
ON THE BASIS OF THE ANALYSIS OF DIMENSIONAL COMMUNICATIONS TAKING INTO
ACCOUNT OPERATION
In article describe a method of complex dimensional tolerance analysis. It allows analyzing dimension
subject to manufacture and exploitation relations in design of a machine. In the course of the solution of practical
tasks realization of one-stage ensuring the demanded accuracy of functional parameters is possible. The
developed automated system allows defining tolerance of the design sizes, parameters of the exploitation
properties, optimized sequence and a set of technological operations. The mathematical models allowing economically
proving made decisions are received. When performing determination of parameters of dimensional
relations of a design it is possible to consider correlation between separate parameters.

STRENGTH CALCULATIONS PROFILE CONNECTION TO-TORSIONAL BUCKLING
The paper describes a detailed calculation of the axial and polar moment of inertia of the cross section to
the K-profile shaft. Using the obtained dependences becomes possible to determine with high accuracy of
normal and shear stresses arising in the profile connection with the transfer of torque. It is also possible to produce
strength calculation of the shaft on the 3rd theory of strength.

RECONSTRUCTION OF TREATMENT FACILITIES OF THE CITY OF KURSK
The article presents the prospect of reconstruction of wastewater treatment plant in Kursk. Proposed reconstruction
by the use of modern equipment and wastewater treatment technologies and sludge treatment,
with the maximum use of existing buildings and structures. Reconstruction involves replacing aerators, and the
introduction of a technological processing circuit precipitation mechanical dewatering.

QUESTIONS ON USE OF SPECTRAL PROPERTIES OF VEGETATION FOR MAPPING
OF LAND’S POLLUTION LEVEL WITH HYDROCARBONS
The brief review of different vegetation indices used for determination of land plots, polluted with hydrocarbon
compounds has been given.
The new vegetation index for determination of land plots polluted with hydrocarbons is suggested which
is characterized by such properties as extremality and the atmospheric protection. It is shown, that the suggested
index has an alternative, which allows to carry out control of calculation’s results.

Results of statistical data on macro-and micro chemical composition of groundwater in the region OF
KURSK MAGNETIC ANOMALY possible to determine the coefficients of water migration of elements and set
their migration ranks. Revealed the distribution of chemical elements according to their degree of mobility. The
results of studies are needed to search for mineral deposits and issues of environmental protection.

DIELECTRIC PROPERTIES OF COMPOSITES BASED ON BATIO3 NANOPARTICLES
WITH MODIFIED SURFACE
This paper presents the results of study of dielectric properties of composite materials based on BaTiO3
nanoparticles with modified surface. A modified Kerner model describes dependence of the dielectric constant
of the composite on the volume content of nanoparticles. The mechanism of dielectric loss in the range 1-100
kHz describes a two-component model, related by ionic conductivity and contribution of oxygen vacancies.

POLYAMORPHOUS LIQUID -LIQUID TRANSITION IN AQUEOUS SOLUTIONS
OF N-HYDROCARBONS AND SURFACTANT: RATING ENTHALPY, ISOTHERMAL COMPRESSIBILITY
AND THE INTERNAL PRESSURE
Calculated enthalpy of LLPT, accompanying phase separation of n-C4-C6 hydrocarbons and micellization
of sodium dodecyl sulfate, which is approximately equal to the enthalpy of crystallization / melting ice. Calculated
value of the isothermal compressibility and the internal pressure in the ensemble of clusters around the nhydrocarbons
at minimizing their solubility.
