INVESTIGATION OF THE STRUCTURE OF THE TRIGGER PROCESS IN THE AERATION
TANK- MIXER FOR INHIBITING NITRIFICATION AT HIGH DOSES OF AMMONIUM
Computer model of aeration tank-mixing with inhibition of nitrification for high-dose of ammonium nitrogen
has been developed. Computer simulation was used for the investigation of system dynamics of biological
treatment processes. The mechanism of dissipative structures formed as a result of enzymatic reactions of
inhibition was shown. Computer technology is used to simulate the multivariate state-space model in order to
visualize the system dynamics, which facilitates the search of singular points and solution of optimization problems.
Key words: biological treatment, nitrification, inhibition, optimization.
