THE REPAIR ORGANIZATION AND RENEWING WORKABILITY OF MACHINE DETAILS
The article gives the analyses of the performance impairment reasons, durance promotion, repair efficiency
and modern machine exploitation, and wear protection issue and recovery of nominal life of machine
details used in machine-building industry. The authors present the analysis of the machine defects due to machine-
building purpose. The paper generalize from facts of the investigation experience in the field of renewing
workability of machine details, which includes the following points: establishment of the specific procedure of
the determination of a rational way of machine details restoration; signification of the economically sustainable
technical process of the reconstruction details of the flexible relations group working according to the interfacial
slip approach; examination of the restoring method of the details lost surface such as melt heat and next edge
cutting machining accomplish with the tool made of composite material 10; analysis of the design features and
terms of the details service environment, it’s operating technique and technology options of the known repair
method.

THE TECHNOLOGIC CLASSIFICATION OF THE DETAILS AND OF THE SURFACES
BY THE PRODUCTION MANNER AND BY THE PROCESSING TECHNIQUE
This article relates to the technological classification of details and processed surfaces by the production
manner and by the processing technique which is the first step of the type design practice of the production
and performance restoration of the machine’s details processes. The subjects of the research are the most
spreading details in mechanical engineering and metal-working industry such as embankments, liners, nonrotational
parts and other details made of the different types steel and iron. Technological part of the article maintains
extensive information about quantitative and qualitative adjectives of the work-in-process details which
includes magnitude, condition of the work surface, accuracy rating, undulation, form and disposition deviation,
work material, heat treatment. The paper illustrates the example of a technological classifier of the detail called
an Axle. The authors consider the issue of the technological classifier operationalization.

STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF COMPOSITE MATERIALS ALYUMOMATRICHNYH RECEIVED
NONSTATIONARY FORCEFIELD AND HARDENING OF NANOSCALE ADDITIONS
The structure and properties alyumomatrichnyh composite materials, obtained in a transient force field
and hardened nanoscale additives. As the matrix material was used cast aluminum brand A99 which reinforcing
nanoparticles: SiO2 and ZrO2 production company "Plazmoterm" particle size of 10–50 and 70–105 nm.
Preparation of matrix melt vilos by melting ingots of high- grade aluminum A99, closed inductor in a ceramic
crucible. Overheating of the melt was 900°C, holding time with mechanical stirring for 15 min. Cabinet with a
content of 0.05–1% reinforcing nanoparticles was obtained by crystallization of the melt in the field of action of
the centrifugal force of the centrifuge , at gravitation coefficient Kg = 121...200. Obtained during centrifugation
of the annular casting CM cooled to room temperature and samples cut from them for physico-mechanical
tests, namely, bending, tensile strength and hardness. As a result of physical and mechanical tests were experimentally
proved that the strengthening phase at concentrations of 0.05...1%, there is a noticeable increase in
the mechanical properties of the CM on the aluminum matrix.

The results of the study nitrotsetation of steel knives and 40X13 40H5MFS in hydrazoic carbon paste at
high temperatures. The high efficiency of nitriding increase the hardness and wear resistance of the blades.
Unilateral hardening self-sharpening blades helps them in the process of work.

THE METHOD OF CALCULATION AND DESIGN SOLUTION OF THE VORTEX TUBE

A mathematical model for the use of the vortex tube system heating systems through the use of the kinetic

RESEARCH OF INFLUENCE OF CARBAMIDE PITCH ON PHYSICOMECHANICAL PROPERTIES
OF THE MODIFIED EPOXIDE COMPOSITES
In article motivation to practical usage of modified composite is brought. The reseaches have shown that
improvement of row physic-mechanical factors exist aside from cost-performance. Plan Kono, consisting of 9
experiences was used. Effective structures of composites on the basis of the epoxide pitch and carbamide
pitch as softener, with high indicators of durability and the sufficient modul of elasticity are revealed.

NEW ACADEMIC SUBJECT DEALING WITH INDUSTRIAL SECURITY
In the current paper the necessity of introduction of a new academic subject dealing with industrial security
“Hazards of anthropogenic emergencies and accidents” into technical universities of the Russian Federation
is justified. General characteristic of the developed curriculum, which consists of 4 connected parts, is given. It
is noted, that the current subject have been lecturing in Bauman Moscow state University since the first term of
2013.

Basic tendencies of heavy metals accumulation in soil in the area of impact of mining – processing plant
impact are shown in the article. The indicators of chemical elements concentration are calculated for the assessment
of ecological state of nature components: coefficient of chemical elements concentration, summary
indicator of pollution, specific combinatorial index of water pollution. The assessment of natural components
was carried out.
