STATEAND GROWING PROBLEM OF HIGH UNIFORMITY SEMICONDUCTOR SINGLE CRYSTALS
Problems of modern technology for growing single crystals of semiconductors, high homogeneity are
considered. Overview of plants growing single crystals of large size is reduced. Key technology challenges of
large single crystals of silicon and gallium arsenide are formulated. Ways to solve the problem of increasing the
homogeneity of single crystals are determined by analyzing the processes of heat - mass transfer using model
representations. The increasing the single crystalshomogeneity in the Czochralski method by optimizing the
growth conditions.

SIMULATION OF SEMICONDUCTOR SINGLE CRYSTAL GROWTH IN TERMS OF EXTERNAL
EFFECTS ON THE MELT
The system of modeling crystal growth in reducing the influence of thermo-gravitational convection is presented.
For the analysis of the processes occurring in the melt at targeting solutions and control problems, the
method of the modern theory of dynamical chaos. Presented model identification process, the possibility of
process control crystallization by introducing artificial control actions with the vibration spectrum, similar to the
random, but different in phase.

ROBUST OPTIMIZATION AT DESIGNING OF MACHINE-BUILDING PRODUCTION
AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES
Basic types of optimization problem formulation and their applicability to a robust systems synthesis were
considered. A new formulation of search of robust areas of function and based on it idea of robust system synthesis
were offered. A simple example of robust areas search for one-dimensional function is listed, parameters,
tuning which determines the length of the robust area. Main problems related to proposed method usage
are described.

In conditions of rigid ecological requirements for the development of aggregates in the field of engineering
and pump engineering widespread aggregates that lubrication of the bearings is the working fluid of the
units. In the article the approach to the definition of bearing ability of hydrostatic thrust-bearing with regard to
the inclination of the shaft and the centrifugal force of inertia of the lubricating layer, is the most widespread
type of support for designated units.

The article gives an economic evaluation of the existing systems of labour remuneration in the area of cereals
production. It demonstrates that it is possible to improve the cereals quality by introducing quality control
of every labour process at every production stage (not that of the produce manufactured) and by stimulating
the laborer directly for the quality of his work. At the same time the size of his earnings should depend on the
volume of the profit from the produce sales.

PHYSICAL AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF FRAME POLYMER CONCRETES FOR VARIOUS
AGGREGATES
Influence of various fillers for polimer concretes frame structure on their properties is studied. By means
of methods of mathematical planning of experiment the optimum granulometric structure for composites with
framework grains from glass fight is picked up. Strength and deformativny characteristics of matrix structures,
frameworks and composites as a whole are defined.

ASPECTS OF EMERGENCE AND TECHNOLOGY OF SUPPRESSION LARGE-SCALE
FOREST FIRES
The main preconditions and the reasons of emergence of large-scale forest fires in Russia are considered.
It is shown that the main reason for emergence of fires is the human factor. The mathematical model of
development of forest fire is developed.

CONTROL OF THE CONTENT OF RESIDUAL QUANTITIES HERBICIDE 2,4-D IN OAT GRAIN
The optimum conditions for isolation of 2,4-D from a biological material with aethylacetate were defined.
The possibility of purification of analyzed connection from soextractive substances of a biomaterial on a column
filled with Silica gel L 40/10μ is shown. The definition of 2,4-D in extraction from oat grain such methods return-
phase HPLC use were offered for quantitative.

ACOUSTIC DIAGNOSTICS OF VARROATOSIS IN BEE FAMILIES
There are methods of acoustic diagnostics of bee families infection by varroatosis considered. There is
possibility of infected families identifying with use spectral analysis of acoustic sounds generated by bees
shown. Mites, which are in sealed honeycombs cells, generate low-frequency vibrating impulses. Vibration
picks registration by vibrating sensor control allows to supervise presence of pincers in honeycombs.

ON ACCOUNT OF THE SUBSTANCE FLUID INCLUSIONS IN THE FORMATION
OF CARBONATED MINERAL WATER IN ELBRUS VOLCANIC AREA
One of the possible processes of deep water formation area of modern volcanism. Revealed similarity of
the chemical composition of the gas and the modern carbon dioxide fluid and fluid inclusions in eldzhurtinskaya
neo- intrusion’s minerals. The mechanism of mobilization agents micro switch mineral intrusions of the study
area and its participation in the formation of underground waters of the lower floors of the hydrogeological Elbrus
volcanic area.
