IRONIC PORTRAIT OF THE DRINKER IN THE NOVEL OF V. AKSENOV «SCORCH»
The article deals with the problem of creating a typical hero story of the 60-70 years of the Soviet period. The
author of the article focuses on the artistic reasons of V.P. Aksenov in the novel devoted to the period of repression,
opposition of the Russian «intelligentsia» of the Soviet system, showing the behavior of the characters-artists protest
through drunkenness, «an immoral lifestyle», as defined by the Soviet ideology.
The article reveals the particularly ironic Outlook of the author, his heroes are characterized by stylistic features
of irony as an artistic technique to reflect the phenomenon of personality transitional time, the comic and the tragic
beginning of the Brezhnev epoch.

One of the main targets of modern education in the implementation of the GEF is the formation of universal educational
activities of students. A positive outcome is possible in a situation of focused work of the main subjects of
the educational process: teacher, student and parent groups. In this regard, of particular relevance is the problem of
management of development of universal educational activities of students.
The complexity of the solution to the problem is that the fundamental ideas of theories of school management
and pedagogical management should be applied to the process of formation of universal educational activities for
schoolchildren. The article presents the model of management of development of universal educational actions of the
students responsible building logic of the educational process, including the major categories of control theory and

DYNAMIC FEATURES OF REFLEXIVITY-SEMANTIC MECHANISMS OF REGULATION
OF THE STATE OF MENTAL BURNOUT AMONG TEACHING STAFF IN ASPECT
OF INTRAPROFESSIONAL DIFFERENTIATION: STRUCTURAL
AND PROCEDURAL APPROACH
The article presents the results of a study of dynamic and semantic features of reflexive mechanisms of regulation
of mental burnout of teachers in terms of intraprofessional differentiation from the standpoint of structural and
procedural approach. There are relationships between the level of reflexivity and mental burnout phase “voltage”
among high school teachers; between the level of reflexivity among primary school teachers and professors, as well
as between the level of meaningfulness of life and mental burnout among high school teachers in the phase “resistance”,
which describes the inverted U-shaped curve, which belongs to the category of dependency “type of optimu”.
Therefore, not only low, but also very high reflexivity and meaningfulness of life are the cause of reducing the
effectiveness of teaching.
