ESTIMATION PROCEDURE FOR QUALITY MODULAR SYSTEMS DC
IN TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEMS
Nowadays high standards are set for telecommunication systems in order to keep them always available for information
exchange between top state, ministry and department officials. These requirements are met through efficient
use of maintenance support systems. Reliability, liveness, accuracy, flexibility and adaptability of a telecommunication
system depend on many factors, and the most crucial of them is continuous power supply. Thus, the power
supply system is one of the priority components of a telecommunication system.
The present article focuses on optimum distribution of equipment and resources for power supply, and as this
helps in achieving the main goal, so there is no need to further stress the importance of the problem in question.
Key words: methods, evaluation, power supply system, the secondary power modules.

ALGORITHM MORE INFORMATIVE MESSAGE WHEN ANALYSIS OF ACOUSTIC SIGNALS
OBJECT PUBLISHED ACOUSTIC NOISE
In this paper we consider the possibility of increasing the information content of messages in the analysis of
acoustic signals. In most of the spectral energy is released informative frequency band in which the n most informative
set of frequency bands for the most infomativnosti.
The most informative frequency bands are relevant in the diagnosis of complex objects by their acoustic noise,
the noise in the analysis of biological, technical and potentially dangerous objects.
Key words: samples of the spectra, frequency bands, entropy, diagnosis, status, coding, complex objects.

HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE SYSTEM FOR THE ANALYSIS OF CURRENT-VOLTAGE
CHARACTERISTICS OF BIOACTIVE POINTS BASED ON MODULE L-CARD E20-10
To classify the functional state of organs and systems of the person, the detection and differential diagnosis of
socially significant diseases is proposed to use the analysis of current-voltage characteristics of bioactive points. Developed
an automated system for analysis of current-voltage characteristics of bioactive points, which includes data
collection device connected to a personal computer; a communication device with the object; the corresponding software.
The automated system allows for a controlled period of time to obtain a set of required readings for currentvoltage
characteristics of the single active electrode to the surface of human skin.
To obtain the vector of informative features characterizing the bioactive points, was used approximation of current-
voltage characteristics by a polynomial of the seventh order. In the analysis of a biological object can be used
current-voltage characteristics for a single bioactive points and their groups.
Key words: automated system, data analysis, algorithm analysis, current-voltage characteristics of biomaterials,
anomalous zones of conductivity, informative signs.
