ALGORITHM OF RELATIONS DETECTION BETWEEN SIGNALS IN AIRCRAFT EQUIPMENT
WITH THE PURPOSE TO DETECT CONTINGENCY SITUATIONS
The problem of analysis of information flows in aircraft equipment with the purpose to detect and prevent potential
contingency situations is reviewed. The approach and the corresponding algorithm of relations detection between
the registered signals in dynamic mode of operation are proposed.

INTELLIGENT AGENT IN A SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT: FUZZY ESTIMATES AND DECISION
MAKING RULES
This article discusses a number of issues related to the development of multi-agent systems oriented to research
and forecasting of socio-economic processes. An approach to the modeling of decision rules agent in the social
environment, based on the behavioristic concept is proposed. To formalize the parameters of the social environment
are used fuzzy estimates of the living standards. Formalization of the decision-making process is carried out by
a deterministic automaton.

MULTI-STEP VIDEO COMPRESSION USING RGB-MODELS
The basic concepts and methods of data compression. Describes a generic compression algorithm, which uses
the RGB-model as well as the connection of additional iterations in the form of Huffman compression algorithm. This
reduces the amount of data for remote transmission of data in real time (chat, remote videoconferencing, etc.).

SYNTHESIS OF DECISION RULES AUTOMATED CLASSIFICATION VARIANTS
OF THE COURSE OF GENITAL HERPES BASED SIMULATION THE SELF-ORGANIZATION
A method for the synthesis of fuzzy decisive diagnostic rules correlating human subject to a class during clinical
variants of genital herpes with the use of self-organization on the basis of group method of data handling. Obtained
on the basis of the algorithm, based on the proposed method, the mathematical models allow to analyze the characteristic
of each class of alternative systemic relationship between the registered informative indices and synthesize
the decision rules of a production type of diagnostics options of genital herpes.

In current article problems about decision rules synthesis is discussing in the field of genital herpes aggravation
using soft computation technology. As it will be shown hybrid rules of fuzzy prognosis are perspective in the noted
field. The article summarizes results of experimental confirmation of decision rules quality.

ANALYTICAL MODELS OF DIGITAL CONVERSION OF STATIC IMAGES FOR ULTRASOUND
AND X-RAY RESEARCH IN MEDICINE
Using nonlinear graph-analytical models proposed to use in algorithms converting analog information of static
images. These images are the current state of humans, in particular, prostate, converted into an appropriate digital
code. The authors conducted an analysis and transformation techniques based approaches which optimize the formation
of digital data. These data meet the accuracy requirements, ease of compression and coding of the information
and convenience for further processing.

STUDY OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF STUDY OF THERAPEUTIC MEASURES
AT GENITAL HERPES
This paper considers the issues of choice of optimal therapy of genital herpes depending on the various options
of the clinical course of the disease. More over, different treatment regimens are assigned depending on the following
types of trends: patients who have herpes clinically undetectable, patients with trace detection of herpes; patients
with herpes detected; patients with clinically observable herpes. It is shown that under such a classification variants
of the optimal therapeutic effect is achieved.

THE STRUCTURE OF AUTOMATED SYSTEM OF DOCTOR DECISION SUPPORT DURING
PROGNOSIS AND DIAGNOSIS OF UROLOGICAL AND GYNECOLOGICAL DISEASES
Presents a DSS for the prediction, diagnosis, and treatment of urogynecological disorders, developed at the
Department of biomedical engineering SWSU, which supports the tasks of synthesis and implementation of fuzzy
decision rules for medical applications. The analysis this system indicates that it allows to solve problems of prediction,
diagnosis, prevention and treatment of pyelonephritis of pregnant women, or other urological diseases. The
software of the system system will meet all necessary requirements. In current version we have used a fuzzy classification
that allows to create the space of informative features with a given probabilistic characteristics, conduct exploratory
analysis of the selected feature space, automatically synthesize membership function with the ability to correct
them interactively and to synthesize aggregator through algorithmic solutions.
