THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMPUTER SYSTEMS SORT THE INFORMATION BY
TRANSFORMING DATA INTO ADDRESS AT THE ORGANIZATION OF INFORMATIONANALYTICAL
SUPPORT OF UNIVERSITY RESEARCH
The article presents the results of the sorting system of information to sort positive and negative numbers, and
symbolic information in ascending or descending order. Representation of the system are carried out search operations
at a specified interval, in particular given symbol or number, is counting the number of identical numbers, and
symbols.

ERROR DETECTION BASED ON PERMUTATIONS
The article discusses two ways of errors detection in permutations, and their effectiveness is evaluated. The
permutations are presented in the form of an iterative code which benefits comparing to the ordinary concept.

REDUCTION OF ENERGY CONSUMPTION OF WIRELESS SENSORS IN INFORMATION
MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
The article formulates the general conception of energy intensity reduction for collection of data in information
management systems at the expense of reducing the number of data access, providing the bearable error of the input
information processing from sensors. Error estimation method on the basis of Newton interpolation formula with
divided differences is described. The suggested Method of energy/output ratios reduction for wireless sensors makes
possible to minimize the complexity of computational algorithms.

DELPHI PROGRAM FOR STUDY OF LINEAR PROGRAMMING
In a work of a pedagogical orientation is shown how to search for the optimum solution in tasks of linear programming,
not having executed thus of any arithmetic operation. The task is solved with the help of the managing
program, within the framework of which the user carries out functions of the intellectual subroutine, and the calculations
on his commands are carried out by the special (not intellectual) subroutine. The qualitatively new conditions for
study of linear programming and not just laws of transformation of the simplex tables are created.

SENSITIVITY COEFFICIENTS APPLICATION FOR THE COORDINATES ACCURACY
DETERMINATION BY THE PASSIVE SYSTEMS OF THE RADIOLOCATION
The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the possibility of optimizing the process of calculating the coordinates
range difference way in passive radar systems and evaluation of measurement uncertainty through the use of the
sensitivity coefficients. It is shown that the sensitivity coefficients are an effective tool for determining the area in
which a given probability can be a source of radio emission. In addition, the possibility of reducing the number of receiving
stations to one and reduce the amount of computation, if one of the coordinates of the radio source remains
unchanged.

To confirm the findings of the reduction of dynamic errors in phase and frequency, the standard errors of the
PLL and improve its performance in complex roots of the characteristic equation, avtoromi discussed in previous
works, is simulated PLL with open communication at the setpoint and differential coupling to the environment
MATLAB.

APPLICATION OF SYSTEMS DYNAMICS MODELING IN THE IDENTIFICATION AND
MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESSES OF THE ENTERPRISE
Usage of simulation of dynamic modeling in the description of business processes of the enterprise allows to
visually display the existing macro- and micro-processes of internal and external environment, participating in the
primary and support activities of the organization. Development of system dynamics model promotes to identify hidden
or less significant processes, which, in turn, directly or indirectly have an impact on the objective function of the
model, which is the criterion of the efficiency of the company. Creating a common model of the interaction of revealed
processes will determine the degree of influence of each of them, as well as their combination at the overall quality of
the products, and to develop actions to rationalization the overall quality management system. It, in turn, will improve
the competitiveness of the product and the organization as a whole.

The problem of improvement of oncological diagnostics with use of modern methods of the system analysis for
processing of parameters of blood system is put. The analysis of results of experiment with comparison of methods of
data processing of the difficult structured systems in oncology is carried out. The assessment of possibility of application
of methods of natural calculations in oncological diagnostics and creations of the automated classifying system
for the oncological diagnostics using compared methods is carried out.
