BIOMETIRIC AUTHENTICATION OF THE USER ON HAND-WRITTEN HANDWRITING
Abstract In article the way of data processing of biometric measurements, in particular to methods of digital
processing of the hand-written text, intended for аuthentification of the user on hand-written handwriting in access
monitoring systems is considered. Technical result is increase of reliability of access in all systems demanding use of
means of identification of the personality.

A method of the determination of the danger degree of every information leakage channel from the structurally

threat of valuable information leakage, graph theory, hierarchy analysis method.

PERFORMANCE OF OPERATIONS OVER QUADTREES WITH LISP LANGUAGE USE
In article the solution of a problem of submission of raster information with use of quadtrees is considered. The
new structure of record of linear quadtrees in the form of the expressions containing brackets, data corresponding to
structures in the LISP language is offered. Main objective is increase of efficiency of processing and decrease in
memory size.

The assessment of accuracy of the solution of a return problem of modeling of multidimensional autocorrelation
characteristics of reliability of the contact nanostructured superconducting elements is passed. Increase of accuracy
occurs at the expense of the accounting of correlation and autocorrelation dependences between parameters of multilayered
interconnections.

CODING OF SPECTRA IMAGES AT THE ANALYSIS OF ACOUSTIC NOISE WITH USE
SOFTWARE FOR PC
There are coding possibility by binary codes of spectra images with use the developed program is considered,
realisation examples are resulted. At the analysis of acoustic noise the sequence of parallel binary codes creates the
code message, that characterising a condition of diagnosed object, that publishing noise. There is software user interface
are shown.

METHOD OF SYNTHESIS OF HETEROGENEOUS FUZZY RULES FOR ANALYSIS
AND CONTROL STATE BIOTECHNICAL SYSTEMS
In this paper the method for the synthesis of fuzzy decision rules to work with different data structure in the absence
of accurate analytical models describing the state of biotechnical systems. The proposed method is based on
a combination of elements of the theory of fuzzy logic decision-making, pattern recognition theory and methodology
of exploratory analysis.
