THE CONTOURS OF THE MODEL OF STATE POWER AND ITS FEDERAL SYSTEM
ON THE EXAMPLE OF MODERN RUSSIA
The article spells out three levels of the State Power and its organs: constituting organizing and informing. In
modern Russia the constituting level of the federal government is presented by the Constitutional Assembly, the
Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the President of the Russian Federation and apparatus directly subordinate
to him. In the organizing level function the meeting of RUSSIAN FEDERATION, the Government of the Russian
Federation, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the
RUSSIAN Prosecutor's Office and the Accounting Chamber of the Russian Federation. The Informing level includes
the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation and the Commissioner for human rights in the Russian
Federation.

attracting investments, studies the legal problems of application of a production sharing agreement, as well as provides
a comparative analysis of the production sharing agreement with other forms of investment. We investigate the
formation of regulatory and modernization of these institutions in Russia.

state in the conditions of crisis are considered. The author places emphasis on feature of application of production
sharing agreements in Russia. In crisis economic conditions for Russia more active work of involvement of new foreign
investors to the sphere of subsurface use on the basis of the conclusion of production sharing agreements is
necessary.

FEATURES OF LEGAL STATUS OF SUBJECTS OF COPYRIGHTS
IN NETWORK THE INTERNET
The analysis of features of legal status of authorial legal subjects accommodating works in a network the Internet
is conducted in the article. One of basic problems of adaptation of copyright in a digital environment is providing
of rights for a legal owner. Authorial legal subjects in a digital environment are varied, their status, as research
shows, some differs from traditional authorial legal subjects, the producers of informative products, resources and
services behave to them. In legal relationships at the use of the work, accommodated in open access in a network
the Internet physical and legal persons that own and dispose of different types of rights on the use of work can be
involved.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF NOTION OF LEGAL UNDERSTANDING OF DISTANT WORK
The construction of non-typical labor treaty has great meaning not only for ordinary participants of labor relations
but for legislation itself as a whole, as it disposes of existing gaps in regulation. Recent changes in labor legislation
have introduced a new system of relations in the distant employment. That’s why in this work it is offered to
make a research of what was the reason of the term “distant work” in the legal language and how legal base and enforcement
practice in the conditions of distant employment will be developed in future.

INFORMATION POLICY OF THE RUSSIAN EMPIRE IN THE SECOND HALF

is committed to the advancement of social development, directs itself to the expansion of media freedom and
on the settlement of socio-political issues through dialogue, carried out with the assistance of the media.

CONTROLLING THE GROWTH OF PRICES IN THE CITY OF KURSK PROVINCE DURING

The First World War had a negative impact on the economy of the province of Kursk, childbirth. Worst of all
was the case with the provision of the population-food. Attempts by the government and local administration to solve
the problem have failed to October 1917, the food situation in the city was no longer tense and close to the disaster,
which led to growing discontent among pain-necks of the townspeople.

ANALYSIS OF REVENUES FROM STAMP DUTIES TO THE TREASURY OF THE RUSSIAN
EMPIRE IN THE YEARS 1908-1910 (FOR EXAMPLE, THE PROVINCE OF KURSK)
The article deals with the analysis of revenues to the treasury received from stamp duty in Kursk province of
the Russian Empire during the years 1908-1910. Define the concept of value and specificity of stamp duty tax and
paid particular attention to the history of the formation of the stamp duty in the Russian state. Analyzes the formation
of revenue to the state treasury from stamp duty in the Russian Empire in the years 1908-1910. The article also examines
surveillance legislation Stamp, namely the basic features of levying stamp duty under the new Charter of the
Stamp Act.
