LEGAL RUSSIAN DOCTRINE IN THE SPHERE OF OFFENDERS:

The paper presents the potential of the domestic conservative legal thought on the nature and effectiveness of
legal liability. Author of works on the basis of the representatives of Russian traditionalism displays ruinous transformation
punishment only in retaliation and proves the necessity of changing the approach to the offender toward rehabilitation,
purification of the soul and conscience condemned.

LEGAL REGULATION OF TRADE RELATIONS IN THE SECOND
HALF XVII CENTURY IN RUSSIA
In the article the author defines the basic trends carried out by Russian government trade policy in the second
half of the XVII century, examines the provisions of the Council's code, Trading of the Charter, Novotorova of the
Charter, which played a major role in the adjustment of domestic trade of the state. Concludes that in this period were
developed basic rules of conducting customs policy, formed the legal base of the taxation of subjects of trade relations,
various goods, established uniform rules duties.

MEMBER'S RIGHT TO INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPANY: THE LIMITS OF REALIZATION
AND THE ABUSE OF THE RIGHT
In this article the author examines the possibility of the realization of the right to the receipt by the participant of
a society with limited liability information. The article contains proposals on delimitation of the list of documents that
must be stored, and a list of documents, access to which can be given to the participants. Special attention is paid to
the issue of restricting access of the participant of the society to information constituting a commercial secret (confidential
information), as well as the obligation to disclose.

TRAFFICKING OF PRECURSORS WHICH CAUSED HARM TO HUMAN HEALTH
OR OTHER SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES.
In article problem questions of qualification of illicit trafficking in the precursors, entailed on imprudence infliction
of harm to health of the person or other heavy consequences (are considered h. 2 Art. 228.2 of the criminal code
of Russian Federation). The author marks out features of heavy consequences, carries out the comparative analysis
of studied norm with similar structures of crimes in the absence of the instruction on weight of harm of health that
allows characterizing infliction of harm to health of the person as infliction of harm to health of any weight.

THE ANALYSIS OF EFFICIENCY OF APPLICATION OF PUNISHMENT FOR STOLEN CARS
The article analyzes the types of sanctions applied to persons who committed theft of cars and practice their
destination. Through the study of the judicial practice of the use of penalties for the theft of cars is substantiated by its
low effectiveness. Discusses the possibility of extension of the system of punishments not connected with isolation
from society, a new approach to the system of calculation of penalties for theft, and defined the basic directions of
increase of efficiency of application of punishment for committing a theft of the car.

destruction of patriarchal relations between the generations. There is a conclusion about a serious blow to traditional
morality delivered by modernization processes in the reviewed period.
