REFORM OF THE CRIMINAL PENALTIES ASSOCIATED WITH FORCED LABOUR: APPROACHES TO THE ASSESSMENT
The article deals with the 2011 reform of the criminal penalties associated with enforcement of labor obligations. We investigate the changes in the norms of the Criminal Code and Criminal Enforcement Code, relating to the regulation of the use of punishment in the form of corrective labor, community service and forced labor. It is concluded that the legislative changes need further elaboration.

THE CLASS-LABOR QUALIFICATION IN ELECTORAL LAW OF SOVIET RUSSIA (1918-1924)
The paper attempts to examine the nature of the class-labor qualification and its place in the electoral system of Soviet Russia. The author comes to the conclusion that the softening economic regime, following the transition to NEP, led to a significant expansion of the electoral rights of the Russian population.

GENERAL APPROACHES TO THE DEFINITION OF COMPUTER DATA
The article discusses various approaches to the definition of "computer data" in criminal law theory, international acts, and the legal practice, stating the problems associated with these definitions. We consider the definition proposed by the Federal Law of 07.12.2011 № 420-FZ, indicating its inconsistency to the theoretical approaches and international practices. Author concludes that it is necessary to analyze and reformulate this definition.

SOME ASPECTS OF THE ACTIVITIES OF RURAL COMMUNITIES IN KURSK PROVINCE IN THE PERIOD OF REFORMS
In this article reveals the contents of some of the powers of gathering, such as elections and accounting rural officials, destruction of the society of harmful and vicious members of the society, the resolution of family sections. Resolution of the sentences in these subjects of directly influenced the peasant reform of 1861, and its success, and also reflected the complex nature of relations within the peasant environment and its relation to his self-government.

“ANNOUNCE TO TAX FARMERS THAT THEIR PROJECT IS REJECTED”:
ABOUT COUNTERACTION OF TAX FARMERS TO WINE REFORM OF 1863
In the work one of the most dramatic moments of wine reform is covered, when the plan of transition from tax farming to excise system in wine taxation was rejected because of tax farmers’ offer to organize the Agency of alcohol control and Association for rail building. The author analyses the project of tax farmers in detail and makes conclusion that their offer to government, provoked by fears of excise, was very profitable, but arguments of minister of finance convinced tsar to continue the reform.

FEATURES OF SPIRITUAL-MORAL LIFE OF POPULATION OF CENTRAL RUSSIA IN THE CONDITIONS OF PUBLIC MODERNIZATION OF POREFORMENNOGO PERIOD
In the second half XIX – beginning of XX v. RPC appeared in face of serious problems. From one side, development of capitalist relations in Russia in a poreformennyy period was accompanied the change of world view of population and transformation of spiritual-moral climate in society. With other, a folk religiousness, saved in the Russian «depth», often appeared distant from an orthodox ideal. In these terms the maintainance (and in an ideal is strengthening) of orthodox foundations in society required sensitive work with the parishioners and considerable religious-elucidative efforts from Church.
