INFLUENCE OF ECONOMIC POTENTIAL OF THE RUSSIAN INDUSTRY ON FORMATION OF
NATIONAL WEALTH OF THE COUNTRY
As the main indicator characterizing a property status of the country it is accepted to consider such economic
category of public reproduction as national wealth. The structure and structure of national wealth is studied with use
of a method of groups of the theory of statistics. Systematization and the analysis of structure of national wealth on
branches of economy is carried out according to the All-Russian qualifier of types of economic activity which allows to
define degree of the importance of each branch as in use, and system of reproduction of national wealth.

ROLE OF TRADING STRATEGY IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
In the article the attention is focused on the one of the main reasons of slow overcoming of the crisis processes
– the imperfection of a control system at the enterprises. The essence of the sliding price and possibility of its
application is opened at production realisation. In spite of the fact that in the scientific and educational literature kinds
of the sliding prices and the recommendation about their calculation are resulted, there are the reserves connected
with features of calculation of the sliding prices for concrete branches of a national economy, for example, for branch
of agriculture.

THE PRACTICE AND EFFECTS OF TAX INCENTIVES IN THE SUBJECTS OF THE RUSSIAN
FEDERATION (BY THE EXAMPLE OF OREL REGION)
This article presents the main results of the research on the theme practice and the effects of tax incentives in
the subjects of the Russian Federation (by the example of Orel region). The study made by tax incentives for regional
and local taxes reported in the Orel region in 2011 - 2013. The aim of the work was to develop measures that can be
implemented at the Federal and regional level to improve the mechanism of their provision. Based on the analysis of
the practice of granting tax exemptions in the Orel region, the authors came to conclusion that tax incentives for
regional and local taxes, primarily for investment purposes, are a powerful tool to stimulate socio-economic
development of territories. However, the tax benefits have a significant impact on the balance of the regional budget.
The results of the research can be used by public authorities of Federal and regional level and local authorities in
making decisions on the establishment or cancellation of benefits for regional and local taxes. Research results can
be used for further study of the problem of provision of tax incentives. The main conclusion made by the authors of
the study, is that the existing system of granting tax exemptions imperfect and in need of reform, including in the
directions proposed in the frames of this article.

This article is aimed at finding ways of strategic development areas, allowing efficient use of resources, to
minimize economic risks and identify existing reserves. Creating conditions for the development areas, based on the
