RESEARCHING THE INFLUENCE OF GLOBALIZATION PROCESSES ON DYNAMICS OF
CRISES IN VARIOUS MODELS OF THE ECONOMY
The article describes the positive and negative aspects of globalization processes of the economy and
especially of their course. A comparison of Asian, European and American models of globalization. Allocated to the
US economy and China as a leading global integration processes. It is shown that globalization is the most adequate
reflection of changes of modern international relations and economic crises. Provides recommendations for the
implementation and dissemination of globalization processes in the Russian Federation.

The article is devoted to an actual problem of forecasting regional economy in social and economic
development. Analyzed the main socio-economic forecasting methods applied at the regional level. On the basis of
an assessment of the current state of forecasting of socio-economic development in the Republic of Buryatia proved
the inefficiency of the forecasting system at the regional level and identified its main problem. Identified a number of
challenges that can help to eliminate these problems.

PRACTICAL ASPECTS AND FEATURES OF THE ANALYSIS OF THE INCOME STATEMENT

This paper proposes an approach to the analysis of form 2 of financial statements "Income Statement", which
takes into account the real conditions of the functioning of commercial organizations. It reflects the peculiarities of
formation of financial results of more than 500 Russian public companies in different industries and areas of activity.
Its use will enable an objective and correct analysis of the income statement and to interpret the dynamics of change
indicators, taking into account the realities of the Russian economy.

taxes on municipalities.

STATE REGULATION OF THE MARKET OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES IN THE KNOWLEDGE
ECONOMY
In the article the necessity of interpretation of the market of educational services as multiattributive category
and as a strategic resource, determining the pace of development of knowledge economy, revealed a system of
interrelated factors, identified and classified, it was found that these factors have a direct and reverse impact not only
on ROE, but also on the labour market. The author justified the category of "educational capital", using which you
receive the opportunity to perform a comprehensive assessment of the impact of the market of educational services
on the development of the knowledge economy and economic growth, the developed algorithm regulation of the
market of educational services, based on a proactive approach to the management and selective use of instruments
of socio-economic forecasting, developed a method of assessing the economic efficiency of cooperation between
government, educational institutions and business in the market of educational services.

SOCIOLOGY OF RELIGIOUS INTELLECTUALISM: MAX WEBER AND LEO TOLSTOY
The German sociologist Max Weber relates the development of the Russian mining scenario at the turn of the
century primarily with the personality and works of Leo Tolstoy. For Max Weber, "religious rationalization" was
primarily intellectual work, producing "consciously meaningful General installation to life and the world." In theory,

"cash flows" in the article The author also offers his own definition of cash flow of a holding company and consideres
the most common and functional classification of cash flows. The system of factors that affect the formation and
management of cash flows of holdings is developed.

PARTICULAR FEATURES OF THE INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF BAKING
INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES
This article focuses on the factors holding back the innovative development of baking industry enterprises in
Volgograd region. The authors begin by the analysis of the basic technical and economic indicators that can be used
for performance assessment of the industry’s enterprises. Their conclusion dwells on the high financial cost of any
innovations and the lack of financial support from the state. In addition, the authors point out several strategic
directions in which baking industry enterprises can work in order to sustain innovative development and enhance the
quality of socially significant products. Finally, the authors present their idea of an investment project dealing with the
innovative ways of producing food from secondary and non-conventional sources as well as with end-item
positioning.

STUDY OF ORGANIZATIONAL CONFLICT MANAGEMENT PRACTICES
IN A MULTICULTURAL ORGANIZATION (AS AN EXAMPLE OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES
OF THE TAMBOV REGION)
This article discusses the application of management of organizational conflict in organizations with a high
concentration of foreign cooperation. The aim of research was to empirically detected causes of organizational
conflict in a multicultural environment, as well as profiling of behavioral strategies of different groups of workers in the
framework of conflict phenomena. The hypothesis of study was thesis that organizational conflict within multicultural
structures determinate subject-relevant categories, the lack of an effective system of management raises profound
destructive consequences of the economic and social issues. On the basis of findings were formulated conclusions
that can help any organization to create a set of preventive procedures in relation to conflict in multicultural teams.
The main methods of the study were interviews, poll, survey-correlation methodologies.

The competence profile of an effective leader has also evolved, more and more shifting towards the task of creating a
high added value of the finished product.
