METHODICAL ASPECTS OF THE ASSESSMENT OF THE INDICATOR OF INTEGRATED RISK
IN SYSTEM OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
The technique of an assessment of risk of the processing enterprises of Kursk region is given in article with use
of the integrated indicator depending on the economic environment and actions of competitors. The conclusion that
application of an offered technique for an assessment of an indicator of integrated risk allows to give not only the
quantitative characteristic of risk is drawn, but also to formulate the main strategy of management by risk of the rival
enterprises.

IN THE CONDITIONS OF UNCERTAINTY AND RISK
In work it is shown that considerable organizational efforts, expenses of time and other resources are
necessary for realization of function of management at the industrial enterprise taking into account risk. The model a
control system of risks of innovative activity consisting of two subsystems is considered: an operated subsystem
(object of management) and an operating subsystem (the subject of management) and allowing to consider set of the
factors influencing degree of risk.
