INFLUENCE OF ACCESSION OF RUSSIA TO THE WTO ON THE REAL ESTATE MARKET
Russia's accessions to the World Trade Organization is a subject of active discussions in which participate both
supporters of this action, and open opponents. Why this phenomenon generates two absolutely antiput positions?
The answer to this question is concealed in an essence of the accession to WTO, in its objective advantages and
shortcomings directly for the Russian economy. In this article Russia's accession to the World Trade Organization
consequences from the point of view of the real estate market are shined; problems of this market, their reason and
consequence in long-term and short-term prospect are investigated.

condition of transport system on level of social and economic development of the region is proved. For elimination of
an interregional disproportion in levels of development of transport systems the utopia point was revealed.
